Images and Changing Images

We take Discord's Terms of Service (TOS) just as seriously as Discord. If the owner gives a member permission to change character images and that member replaces images with malicious content that goes against Discords TOS both the member and the owner of the server will be irreversibly banned from using this bot and all other bots developed by this developer (World Seeker, Ishuzoku, KonoSume). By giving a member permission to change images for their characters you are confirming to this developer you trust they will follow Discords TOS and common sense. By allowing users to change images you as an owner of a server or as a member of a server are ready to take full responsibility for any mishaps. The bot only uses screenshots taken from the original anime as the characters default profiles. The bot is not responsible for any art you use that is owned by another artist. You must have permission from any artist you've taken artwork from and used for your personal use in the bot. If an artist notices you are using their artwork without permission and notifies the developer with proof of ownership of the art they are reporting, your account will be at risk being irreversibly banned. Before a report is made to the developer please contact the user and ask them to remove your work. A serious action will be taken on a user's account only if that user does not comply to remove the image.

Claiming and Dating Characters

Lines of random text and images are generated when using the date commands. The text and images used are meant to give players a better sense of imagery and nothing more. The text and images generated with a character used by you as a front end user are not directed at or for any character you choose to use the date function on. This bot does not directly or indirectly promote illegal acts with any character. This includes but is not limited to underage sexual acts of any kind, underage drinking, underage smoking. You agree that when you use the date function you will use common sense. You agree If an image of a character looks questionably, suspiciously, illegally underage that you will not use the date command on that character. You agree that the &quote;characters&quote; do not exist, that the &quote;character&quote; images are nothing more than a generated photo used in a lottery or gacha style video game. You agree when you claim a character you understand that you are saving a generated photo to your account unrelated to any details associated with the photo.
